Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);Cyclic 30 days, use 6 month(6 months); Cyclic 60 day, use 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $25.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "LiveHome" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Software needs to be fixed

Have to do login again and again.. it logs off automatically.. and i miss my calls and motions .. I need to login again and again... fix the issue
Its irritating

Greatly improved app over the last year

Betrayed. No longer supports 7 day free cloud service after 3 years of use. It was one of the reasons I bought my Eken doorbell.

Our door bell performance with the app has greatly improved to almost hearing doorbell on my phone in real time. Was able to carry on a conversation with my daughter at the door when I was 5km away and on 4G. Still some delay starting record when motion is detected. Often hear door close but don’t know who entered.

APP is dead in the water!!

Looks like this App is dead in the water since charging way too much, when for years it was FREE if the cloud wasn’t needed, sure got rid of your loyal customers, guess the changes were a FLOP 😡

Tried multiple times, “time out, failed to obtain network IP” VERY FRUSTRATING, stop using barcode pairing!!
