Amazing movies for the whole family.
I love that only movies that are wholesome and entertaining for the entire family can be played. Thank you Living Scriptures.
Love it but needs improvement
I love how they are getting more movies and shows that are not just LDS but from other Christian faiths, and wholesome everyday shows for kids.
What they need to improve on 1 is a way to know if you have already seen an episode so you can go to a new episode. 2 they need to make it so when an episode from a series ends, it automatically goes to the next episode. And last when an episode or movie ends it stays at the end, so when you go to watch it again you have to move the timeline back to the beginning rather then it starting at the beginning or asking if you want to start at the beginning when you select it to watch. If these issues were fixed it would give it 5 stars
Take your money without you knowing
I tried to use the app, it would not work on my iPad or my TV.
It would let me open it but would not let me load the movies or content.
Anyways, so I cancelled my subscription on the app. But 3 months later realised they were taking payments from me. When I requested a refund they told me they couldn’t do it because it was being paid through my apple account.
Firstly, if someone cancels their subscription there should be some sort of immediate action to immediately stop payment. I was informed I needed to go into apple and stop my payments. Which I had already done.
My understanding of subscriptions is on cancellation payments should automatically halt. If they don’t have the capability to cancel payment if it’s under apple they really need to communicate that to the customer.
So disappointed with how this all has been dealt with. Now out of pocket during a pandemic, thanks living scriptures.
