More testing needed
Quite a buggy app and not very user friendly. Has locked me out for no valid reason a couple of times now, had to ring them to fix it, on hold 15mins+ person on phone couldn’t give an explanation just fixed it... suggestion for improvement beyond that, maybe put the log out button in a more obvious place, and get the app to automatically log a user out if not in use for like longer than 10 mins or whatever. It keeps you logged in, 2 days later you go back in let’s you pick a ticket in then crashes cause you haven’t been logged in for 2 days... I could go on for a week... get some testers already... also display details of the divisions somewhere ie how many numbers for a division... why do I have to search the pc website to find that out? That would be more useful than your find an outlet feature... I don’t need an outlet I have the app...etc
The clunkiest and most un-user friendly app I have used
With the amount of money Tatts Lotto make out of ordinary punters, u think they would have a serviceable app for us to use. No way. Finally, there have been updates, but do they always work? Of course not! After error message when trying to pay for the 2 items in my cart, I thought I would remove one item. That must be too hard for the developers, as there was no facility to do this. Had to close and reopen app to do new single transaction. A few hours later (I am obviously a glutton for punishment) thought I would finalise my second transaction. Got to the cart again - ready to pay. Then - of course - I had to log in again. Did the fingerprint access work? U guessed it - no way. So I had to enter my user name and password again - why app didn't tell me at beginning when I added new item to cart, I will never know. Then I thought 'oh I can do a subscription and reduce this angst in the future - what a good idea'. Of course the Subscription option I chose for the Set for life transaction in my cart came up with an error. I have finally managed to lodge 2 separate transactions tonight, but I won't thank Tatts Lotto for making the process easy for me. Get your act together! I have not bought your product recently because buying your products thru your app is easier said than done. I never go to newsagents, so either have to choose to be a tenacious customer or no customer at all.

Doesn’t recognise a winning ticket!
I’ve just used the app to scan an Ozlotto ticket for tonight’s draw that has a game with four matching numbers and another game with three matching numbers and one supplementary, so it’s a division 6 and 7 winning ticket, but the app isn’t indicating this is a winning ticket. I think this is because, while the app recognises the numbers that were drawn and match within the two games on my ticket, it doesn’t know what the division payments are yet so doesn’t indicate the ticket as a winning ticket. I previously had the same problem with a winning Powerball ticket and thought this problem had recently been fixed but I now fear I may have continued to throw out previous winning tickets because of this bug.
Update: despite scanning the ticket multiple times before posting this review, all of which failed to indicate a winning ticket, moments after posting this review, I tried again and it recognised the division 6 and 7 win. I have taken screenshots of the app before and after the winning ticket was correctly recognised that I would be happy to share with the developers.
Previous review: It would be useful if the app sent Push Notifications for Lotto draws that have jackpotted or are above a configurable threshold. It would also be good to have iPad support too.
