Disappointed

I realise you take no notice of our reviews. When I first played you game I gave you glowing reports as your games were good and the rewards were fair. But. Since I have been buying and I mean buying the rewards have stopped cause you want me to keep spending. Well there are plenty of games out there and lots of people will act the same way and delete your games. I realise you make money out of our spending but you do need to be fair. So thanks for the ride. But goodbye. I need to add to this review as I want to add an apology. I was too hasty in my displeasure These are really good games and if you keep playing you will get your rewards. I think perhaps I was a bit too greedy. But am now back to playing happily. So sorry Hi disappointed I am in the same position as you. I really enjoy the game and had some great wins but I have used over a trillion in rewards and have not had a decent payout. Should I keep going or just delete the game. Further to the last review. Do not purchase. I did love this game but as soon as you purchase you may as well delete and find something else to play. But I did have a lot of fun

Exceptional Customer Service

My Mother’s iPad had to be restored due to an apple update (grrrrrrrr) and was restored to a date before I had downloaded Lucky Time Slots. I contacted customer support and I cannot tell you how fantastic they have been!!! Lucky Time Slots is my mother’s favorite slots game and to lose all coins, progress, XP levels and VIP points was devasting but customer support helped us and managed to restore her account to what it was!!! A huge thank you to Kate in customer service and her colleagues who assisted me.... your customer service has been EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

Coin purchase problem

I am having a real problem with being charged more then once for coin purchases. It has happened yet again, I have already sent two emails with photo proof to you in the last few days about a problem of charging more than once for purchases but have had no response for you. Now today I receive another bill from iTunes telling me I have made a purchase that I definitely have not! There have been four charges supposedly bought from my new iPad which is only a couple of days old but I know for certain I have only made one purchase on the new iPad. All up I have been charge six times for just two purchases ( and this is not the first time this has happened) as a consequence I will be not be making any further purchases of coin packs from your app and I will be referring the matter to iTunes to investigate ( you seem to think it is their problem but they are adamant that the problem lies with you) either way hopefully they will investigate and get to the bottom of it so that others will nor be over charged as I have repeated been. It is a shame because the games on your app are really good and work well but the payment system is flawed.
