I’ve purchased in store and online in the last week and am amazed by the range on offer, the quality of products and the friendly and informed staff. There is something for everyone and every product feels like a genuine treat. The fact that lush also have a social conscience and leans into this makes them stand out. Thank you

Forced onto the app lost money

The website aggressively pushed me onto the app. It would not show me that certain products were sold out. Instead said to go onto the app. Onto the app I went only to find they were sold out. The website also glitched and froze every time I tried to load a new page. Once I finished my order on the app I found out I had lost my free shipping (I was spending $150) and was being charged $11. I removed about $50 of product, mentally deciding I could get Sundae foam or local soap products instead (these were gifts) then paid the stupid $11 for $100 of products to go from Melbourne to Echuca.

I’ve had the app for nearly a year now and throughout updates it still has the same issues. Especially frustrating when you get to the cart and checkout and you encounter errors. Even following an update today it wouldn’t load pages or specific buttons wouldn’t load. I’ve reinstalled, checked the internet and come to the conclusion it is simply this app (no matter how much I want it to work). It’s funny though, the lush website says “it’s better on the app” - can’t agree it is. When all the issues are fixed? Absolutely. For now, uninstalling.

There is also a lot of pages that are unable to load contents all together. My app is the most recent version and I have a stable internet connection. I understand that during holiday periods there can be heavy traffic via the app but I only just managed to place and order days after Boxing Day and still experienced the above mentioned issues. I didn’t have these issues earlier in the year.
