Never works

Every time you try using it, theres an update for it and it wouldn't work otherwise.
Also too slow. You try opening a feature and it would take too long to load.

Worst network

Can’t call or can’t use internet for the past 8 days . Horrible customer service . Was waiting for close to 1 hour to talk to a customer service person but network issue is not resolved .

They keep saying the same story everyday . Issue with lot of customer due to migration to Vodafone and backend team is working on it .

I will never use this service not recommend to anyone

I paid for 6 months service, I used 4 months then they switched to Vodafone, leaving me without coverage. I demanded refund for the time they didn’t supply service to me. More than 3 months later, still no refund, no compensation. I called Customer Service numerous times, they are only good to say “Sorry” but that’s it.

My advice to potential customers: Run away! Run fast! Run far!

For any dispute with Lycamobile, take them to ACCC
