Navigating this app is much like visiting a Marks & Spencer flagship store. It’s premium, clean and presented in a wonderfully straightforward manner. Excellently, you’re immediately greeted by some very decent offers (and the opportunity to receive more by signing up for Sparks, the members’ club) before sinking your teeth into the full arsenal of M&S offerings. Clothing, beauty, food and drink, school uniforms, gifts and flowers are all fully shoppable online. Or, if you’re feeling particularly active, you can search for the nearest store and collect your items there.

I’ve lived in Australia for the last 30+ years ow residing in WA.
I’ve been to/from the UK due to the fact my twin sister & family live there. My first shop has always been at M & S. I’m addicted!
Just need a lotto win to be able to spend big, courtesy of my Twin & her husband who presented me with an envelope- with the message written “for you to spend at M &S”. The Staff in the “GRIMSBY” store are incredibly helpful & go over & above their duty to please. I’ve got an iPhone & am trying to be tech savvy. Today I downloaded your App
And will look fwd to buying online. I’m 72 yrs tomorrow- so will have myself a birthday treat very soon. My daughter recently went on a holiday to Singapore- & surprised me with a gift from M & S. On her return.

Keeping in touch from abroad.
I always use M&S to send cards, flowers, hampers etc. to my family and especially to my Mother in the UK (as I live in Australia).
Despite the occasional online difficulty, I find the ability to be able to do this online to be absolutely wonderful. In general, I have been more than happy with M&S’s online service and I highly recommend them to friends and any one reading this.
