Fun but frustrating
The game is really good, but the cost for each item is too high in energy and having to wait for energy is frustrating. Why not just make it a lilies less cost of energy per item people might not get so frustrated. I am loving playing the game but not sure how long I will hang in there with the current system.
Very poor gaming experience and tech support
I've been playing this game for a long time, but recently I've been doing side quests and encountering maps that reset inexplicably, and the game progress bar is cleared to zero, so I have to bear the losses, and the compensation given by the game officials is not equal to the losses, and the customer service can't reply to the messages, and it's just like saying nothing, so I'm very disappointed with the game.
Errors caused by the technical aspects of the game. Why should the player bear the responsibility, I invested a lot of time and energy in this activity, accumulated a very large amount of energy has not yet been collected, the map was reset, and finally only compensated for 500 stamina, but also said that it is for the player's loss to compensate accordingly, and I lost at least 10,000 stamina!
Very disappointing!!! Would like a refund?
I had to restart at the hospital level in a game that I had invested a significant amount of money into. This was not something I had planned on doing, but an unexpected situation forced me to start over. It's disappointing to have lost all of my progress, especially considering the considerable investment I had made in the game. I would like a refund for this inconvenience. I have tried to contact you, but have received no reply. Additionally, this game consumes too much energy, and it's frustrating that it only allows you to progress so far. I also agree with other reviewers who have expressed similar concerns. While I have seen developers have apologized, I have not seen any significant changes. So really is it an apology or not???
