What’s New
Version 30.0.17
We’ve enhanced the app to offer you better notifications related to your flight. If you’re traveling with us out of KLIA, please set your app location permission to “Always” so we can trigger the notifications.
You can explore the meals available on-board your next flight via the in-flight menu option added in the app menu.
Other improvements and fixes were included in this version to continuously ensure a smooth experience on our app.

Suggestion: Enrich Membership Card to Apple Wallet
Suggestion to enhance the user experience by allowing Enrich members to add their membership card to their Apple Wallet for easy access, instead of just displaying it within the app. It's important to consider that not all travellers may have internet access while travelling, which could cause inconvenience. Therefore, allowing users to add their Enrich membership to Apple Wallet, just like their boarding pass, would be a helpful and practical feature to have.
Fairly hopeless app
My itinerary shows my name and booking number and invites me to check in on the screen. I tick that and somehow I have to enter my booking number and last name to check in! I do that and the error comes up “booking unknown “. I then enter the ticket number with the same results!!!! My ticket shows flight departure 7:00. The app shows 6:30 even after I have checked in at the airport and the flight has been rescheduled to 7:30 about 30’ ago. Considering Malaysian Airlines well known record, it does not give you much confidence in the airline.

Still need improvement
When browsing, the day of the date displayed is not accurate, when change date of return flight, it refreshes the whole trip.. little bugs here and there user interface is beautiful but not really user friendly, needs to be more simple, not confusing
