New version difficult to use.
Please roll back to the previous version
Adjusting the ISO and the shutter speed is insanely difficult in the new version. The old UI was super simple and worked without a hitch. Would honestly throw some cash your way to have the old version back.
Ok, UI needs work
There are a few manual camera apps popping up with iOS 8. The promo video for this one is hilarious, and I had to give it a shot.
The app itself does the job, but on my 6+ the UI is clunky and unintuitive. The sliders are not smooth, and your thumb obscures the relevant information. The shutter is right next to ISO so I frequently hit it by mistake, and you can't zoom in on preview images to check focus.
There is definitely potential - the style is nice, and the UI could work ok with better placement and better animation. In what is becoming a crowded market, however, the developer is going to have to do a lot of work to make this usable. Manual shooting requires fluid, responsive controls - and this app I currently anything but.
