Website Chat and Informal Customer Conversations

My website brings Facebook users to my site. Using Manychat allows me my customers to reach me with the same system they came from.The chat function is so much better for informal talking to customers than emailing.The only problem is that Facebook wants you to pay to access their users, so they want to cut off access to people over 7 days which is annoying.Not a necessary tool, but when used right, it can shrink some of tech requirements like FAQ’s and Customer Support.Worth its salt after its set up.
