Chat with your subscribers everywhere. Join a conversation and answer questions, manage subscriber data (add Tags, subscribe to Sequences, add Custom Field Values, etc.)
1. LiveChat for each your bot
Be always in touch with subscribers of each of your bots.
2. Don't get bot notifications
You can hide messages sent by bot, this allows you to find all the messages sent by page admins.
3. Manage subscriber data
See user's information and manage Tags, subscribe and unsubscribe from Sequences, manage User Fields values, unsubscribe this user.
4. Pause Automation
Stop all bot messages while you communicate with your subscriber. As soon as you message them back, 30 minutes pause is activated and your subscriber will only receive manually sent messages from an admin for 30 minutes.
5. Assign conversation
Assign the conversation to yourself. You can track all the assignments.

Simple and effective automation

Being able to monitor and reply to customers across all our channels while on the go is a godsend! Being able to see all the customer data in the app as well is awesome. We’d honestly be lost without it.

Website Chat and Informal Customer Conversations
My website brings Facebook users to my site. Using Manychat allows me my customers to reach me with the same system they came from.
The chat function is so much better for informal talking to customers than emailing.
The only problem is that Facebook wants you to pay to access their users, so they want to cut off access to people over 7 days which is annoying.
Not a necessary tool, but when used right, it can shrink some of tech requirements like FAQ’s and Customer Support.
Worth its salt after its set up.
