Unable to Login for 2 weeks
I have been unable to login for 2 weeks. Just continuous cycle even though email
Password recognised. Don’t want to delete and install as would loose all the data
Constant technical issues
1) I already joined on a computer a few months ago -> what a surprise to have lost all my points when logging into the app
2) the app keep logging me out, it’s an infinite loop… I cannot manage to log in
Constant issues!!
The app constantly asks me to log in and then goes to the join page, then continue as…. And back to join page. I have to keep deleting the app and re-adding it. Why???
