This app does not work, I have been shopping here twice since downloading and no points have been added to my account
Not able to scan app
After a software upgrade, I could not scan my app at the Fresh Food Market stores. The staff at Casey were helpful & asked my my mobile number instead which they could not find & said my phone was not linked!!! This after having collected several points & also availing of the $10 off several times. I tried again this Sat & with the beep, the staff member said it had scanned OK which wasn’t true as the history wasn’t updated. Took off the app & thought I’d install it again & start afresh. Does not allow for the email address to be revised either
