MasterRemit 4+

Used MasterRemit for the first time yesterday, I was impressed with the easy way to register, money went in straight away and was picked up same day, am glad the mobile money transfer is now available to mogadishu which I been waiting for long time. My recipient received the money with ease, confirmation email was send to me that my money reached its destination. Very please with the service, definitely would recommend MasterRemit to my family and friends.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently downloaded MasterRemit and I am extremely disappointed with both the app and their customer support team. First off, the app is incredibly buggy and crashes constantly, making it nearly impossible to use. Features that are advertised simply do not work as intended, leading to a very frustrating user experience. I try to make payments through Apple Pay even though there was enough funds it glitch’s and doesn’t go though, I try using the card payment option it didn’t work as well, I use the bank transfer option they have on the app. I’ve made the payment on Wednesday and till today which is Saturday they haven’t sent the money to the recipient.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer support for help, I was met with unresponsive and unhelpful representatives. It took days to get a reply, and even then, their responses were generic and did not address my issues at all. It felt like they didn’t care about resolving my problems or improving their service.

Overall, I would not recommend MasterRemit to anyone. The poor functionality of the app combined with the terrible customer support makes it a complete waste of time and Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I’ve used Master Remit on three occasions to send money to friends and family in Zimbabwe. I was impressed by the fast and efficient service that was provided. My friends and family, received the money in their digital wallets within minutes.
I am going to continue using Master Remit for the following reasons;
* Efficiency
* Reliability
* Low fees, and most importantly, the team is easily *accessible via phone and email to discuss any concerns and to provide feedback!
