Customer support is non existent and they don't respond even after contacting them multiple time to say there app won't allow me to log in but they still keep taking my membership fee every month.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This has been going on for two months now and still they don't respond to my requests. Apple should delete this app from their store.

Very sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. Checked with our support and they have been in contact with you about this errand several times, and your errand is still with our app developers. They are still looking into what is causing the issue and we are sorry for the delay and the inconvenience this issue with the app is causing you.
