Worst app ever

Very rarely do I write a review of an app but this one is so bad I have to provide feedback, although it’s obvious this has already been provided and ignored! On the rare occasions when this app opens in a timely manner (very rare, it usually takes a couple of tries to get it to log in), it then struggles to load balances. Which is the one thing I need quickly from this type of app. It really is useless. And there are numerous reviews saying this. It can’t be that hard to fix this. Unfortunately we are locked into using Maxxia for salary sacrifice, if there was a choice, I wouldn’t use you purely based on the app and the fact that you don’t respond to user feedback!!! I can’t give negative stars or I would!!!

Clunky, unreliable, hard to navigate.

Apple Pay has been bought in since a lot of the older reviews on here, so that's one good thing, but surprisingly still no Face ID to log in.
Have to use a PIN to log in but at least 50% of the time get an error message and am not able to log in after 1-3 min of waiting for the app to accept my PIN. I have currently not been able to log into the app at all for over a week.
My phone connection is fine, all my other apps including banking work fine, it's just this app that isn't working.
Overall it's hard to use, including the claims section where you must enter a positive number for the GST section even if you didn't pay any GST. Took me 20 min waiting on the phone to find that out.
The different sections are confusing and I really really wish I didn't have to use this app.
EDIT: in response to the app developer asking me to contact them if I need support; I don't need support, I understand how to use the app, it just doesn't work properly. I just had it crash after taking the time to enter the date and amount of 5 claims. Going to have to enter all that info again. Spend less time here responding to reviews, and more time making an app that actually works dude.

Slow, confusing, unreliable

The worst app. Takes minutes most times to log in and load the dashboard (if you can), unnecessarily confusing and is unreliable with access and basic functions. Transactions paid with the card are almost impossible to find quickly when you need. Claim uploads are clunky and often fail at the last stage requiring you redo the claim entirely. Does not allow draft claims or the ability to upload from iCloud/files. I’ve tried to bypass using the app entirely by using safari but this is just as slow and doesn’t support claim uploads on iPhone. We pay a fairly hefty fee for this service - both the mobile app and website need some serious attention.
