Clunky, unreliable, hard to navigate.
Apple Pay has been bought in since a lot of the older reviews on here, so that's one good thing, but surprisingly still no Face ID to log in.
Have to use a PIN to log in but at least 50% of the time get an error message and am not able to log in after 1-3 min of waiting for the app to accept my PIN. I have currently not been able to log into the app at all for over a week.
My phone connection is fine, all my other apps including banking work fine, it's just this app that isn't working.
Overall it's hard to use, including the claims section where you must enter a positive number for the GST section even if you didn't pay any GST. Took me 20 min waiting on the phone to find that out.
The different sections are confusing and I really really wish I didn't have to use this app.
EDIT: in response to the app developer asking me to contact them if I need support; I don't need support, I understand how to use the app, it just doesn't work properly. I just had it crash after taking the time to enter the date and amount of 5 claims. Going to have to enter all that info again. Spend less time here responding to reviews, and more time making an app that actually works dude.

Forced into Maxxia
Changed from another organisation who use Westpac for the Meals/Everyday Card.
Made checking the balance a lot easier since the Maxxia app is really slow and un user friendly. Get some Face ID happening, quick balance check, better transaction list, future deductions actually showing. It’s such a bland boring app with no features. Card features would be nice, Apple Pay! Lock the card within the app, change the pin etc. Maxxia charge an additional $3 per account in the Maxxia wallet, atleast have a functioning app packed with features.
Also thought that because Maxxia doesn’t need to send the funds for the wallet to an external bank we’d get the funds earlier, I was wrong again.
Pretty disappointing so far.

The Maxxia app does currently allow Wallet holders to view live balances, purchases and Maxxia transactions, and also scheduled deduction amounts. You also are eligible to access our Everyday Savings Program, where through the App there are a fantastic range of discounts and offers. It’s frustrating that this app crashes so regularly, particularly over weekends and holiday periods, leaving you unable to submit your claims. It lets you take the photos and inputs the amounts and dates... and then won’t submit at the final stage, so you have to keep trying over and over again over the course of days until it finally works (4 days strong so far). It doesn’t save the attempt submission info so you’re starting from scratch each time. It’s like if the team isn’t there to monitor the app they just turn off the submission function.
