New issue with this update
Hi team, this app is generally user friendly and easy to use but there is an issue with the most recent update. When you enter a new patient and open a claim, after you add the label photo, you click on ‘details’ to add the surgeon and site info. However once you are in this screen the ‘save’ icon that is usually in the upper right corner disappears. You have to restart the app and edit the open claim for the normal save icon to reappear. I tried to follow the app support link in the App Store to inform you of the issue but it goes to a ‘page not found’ screen.
Excellent app and billing service
With this app, MBS have produced a fantastic electronic billing solution. No more paper stacks and physical sticker collecting, everything is in the palm of your hand. Given the complexities of medical billing, this app is very intuitive to use. Great to see suggestions acknowledged and implemented.
