We want to make managing money easier – so you can now view and download PDF statements in your app by tapping the dots beside each account in the list. For any older statements, jump into the full site through a browser. InterestME Savings Accounts will now display pending transactions waiting to clear - in the coming months this will sweep through all our accounts. And finally, we've fixed a few bugs and spruced up card activation for Pineapple Yellow and Lobster Red cards.

I really love the look of your website, its clean and has nice colours, which makes it visually appealing and attractive. I’m disappointed in the app, its plain black and white, which not only looks boring, but makes it harder to differentiate items. Setting a colour theme or SOMETHING other then black and white would really improve the app. Other than that the app is good and does its job. It would be nice if once you clicked on account details you can then make a transfer instead of having to click out and do it. But, thats not a major issue, I would really like to see some more colour. Thanks.

Extremely slow (when working)
I’ve had a history of minor bugs, always happy to update in the hopes of fixing. One constant issue throughout updates though is the loading time, both before and after logging in (often 60+ seconds for both). I’ve got a phone that’s a few years old but no such issue with any other app, including other banking apps.
Also I’ve discovered today that I’m completely unable to do any online transactions, or load the app. This may be due to being overseas, however I did notify that I would be travelling in advance with a clear message of where I was headed. (This notification process in itself was odd - cannot do on the app, and it is only done through an email on internet banking.) now I’m in a pretty tight spot - overseas without the ability to process payments either via app or even other websites - not ideal!

Love that you’re able to use the app to put a temporary stop on cards now. After that you can also re-activate the card, or order a replacement. Great work ME!
A while ago I complained that you had to log in the second you pressed away from the app. Meaning it was so painful to try and copy someone’s bank details from say a message on your phone. They have now fixed this adding a short (so still quite secure) timeframe where you can go into a different app and not be kicked out of banking. THANK YOU for fixing it!
Other than that it’s a nice and simple app to use. Does what you want. Very happy now.
