A smarter way to order
• Filter out items on the menu you don’t like or can't eat.
• Order when you want. No more interruptions with friends & family as you wave your hand about trying to get a waiter's attention.
• A completely visual menu, every dish, drink and even the chips are beautifully photographed.
• Happy Hour? Taco Tuesday? Menus change automatically so you’re always getting the latest deal.
• Never get the dreaded, ‘Sorry, it’s sold out’, after you’ve got your heart set on that delicious burger. We’ll let you know if its sold out before you even place the order.
A better way to pay
• Time to leave? Just get up & go when you’re ready to leave. No more hunting down the cheque.
• Pay how you like even if the venue doesn’t accept your preferred way to pay, me&u accepts all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and G Pay.
• Loved the service and want to leave a tip? Don’t fumble for coins or a clunky machine - one tap tipping makes it too easy.
• Store multiple payment methods, so you can use the company card for the weekday meetings, but not the weekend wines.

Being legally blind it’s difficult trying to navigate around tables & people to the counter to order, also if it’s somewhere I’m not use to I don’t even know where the register is & I get anxiety. I usually have to get someone to come up with me or just order my food for me, now with this app I can order my food & drinks myself straight from my phone! This is the BEST idea, I wish more pubs & restaurants used this app. Most people wouldn’t think of this app as an accessibility tool, but I was truely blown away by how stress free this made my night. Love it, wish I invented it. Anyway, wanted to send you this comment by email but you require me to log in to my email in your app. No no. Here's the deal, I'm on a call, want to order some food and your app takes over the audio, I get it, Netflix gong, makes you different, maybe in the future we will use scent spray. In any case, don't take over the sound, you don't need that to order a couple of drinks and the sound is annoying. Great app otherwise. 5 stars.

When I was first approached to try out the app, I was a little skeptical. As I’ve only known face-to-face table service, or counter service. This app was such a clever surprise! So convenient, being able to sit down in the cafe, order and pay from your phone, as well as be able to maintain the human interaction of hospitality. Well done me&u team! Well done! x
Poorly designed and not optimized

After using the app about 3 times I have had issues every single time. All the issues I have had are very trivial but extremely frustrating considering one of my orders wasn’t processed and I waited for 30 minutes before cafe staff asked me if I’ve ordered. Also it’s ridiculous to try and charge someone $5 as a fee just to order through the app after your first order. Like why would I do that when I can just get the venue staff to take my order? Great idea for an app just poorly executed and navigation is not optimized at all with a lot of bugs
