2.步数、心率、睡眠等数据在您允许的权限下会写入苹果健康，便于在健康中查看这些数据，并且也会从苹果健康中读取您的健康数据，以便于记录展示您最近的健康情况。

How is anyone supposed to consider the benefits of the App or the Smart Bracelet without an English description of what it does?
Good concept but still immature
The review is both for the product and the app.
The product works relatively well. Not sure about it’s accuracy but it’s ok. Also, it fails to measure very often, especially if worn as a watch (it works better if worn at the bottom part of the arm, upside down).
It would be nice to be able to turn on continuous measurement for all vitals for a period of time.
On the app: It would be great to be able to see all measurement during a run or bike ride not just hear rate. Also, the app does not remain on during a bike ride, the phone locks up, and the app does not seem to keep recording.
Also the app does not seem to record watch data correctly if not at all, very inconsistent.
