Love Mecca!
I’m a level 3 and obviously love shopping at Mecca! I’ve convinced my entire family + partners family to shop there! 😂 they have great products, great and lenient return policies (I’ve only needed to return one thing in 3 years) and great customer service of course excusing the few bad experiences here and there but everyone has their off days. The app has made it so much easier to shop and keep track of my level status and beauty loops especially with the new update I can now see how much I need to spend in order to maintain my current level! Love You Mecca! 🫶❤️
Instore Service Review
Although I often order products online I always try to pop into my local MECCA store for advice on the best colours, products and much needed guidance on the correct way to apply my make up. Now I’m getting older I needed to change things up and appreciate any tips and tricks. I have always found the staff more than helpful, friendly, well informed and happy to suggest the best suitable products for my complexion and age even when I have to budget.
Finally… BUT!
Love that this is finally here. Though I wish a few things were included in the app. 1) the reviews and comments from reviewers. I rely on these so much in purchasing to find people who have the same conditions and concerns as me before committing to purchase. 2) wish lists. And being able to make several wish lists so that we could have one for makeup, hair, skin care things like that. And name them ourself a would be amazing! 3) having a section where we can keep track of our favourite shades of foundations and lipsticks abs things like that too would be a really useful feature!
