Description

The "Meditation Time App" is a simple and clean timer for your meditation session. It lets you set the duration of your meditation and offers a mindfulness bell that rings in an adjustable interval. Choose from a wide variety of Tibetan singing bowls for the gong.
If your surroundings (or your mind) happen to be a bit more noisy, turn on the relaxing natural sounds during your meditation and find that peaceful and quiet place within you.
We also included some basic teachings and a very pleasant guided meditation to help you find the way.

Gong meditation is first rate

I have been using this meditation app for about six months. It has really relaxed me and calmed down my level of anxiety. At the moment I am trying to renew my visa to ab permitted to live here for the next ten years.

My sleep has been more restful, and I am better able to tolerate stress. Even my dreams are clearly less stressing, and occasionally even pleasant.

If I do get upset, sitting quietly and meditating for even five minutes usually restores me to equanimity.

Generally I aim for 30 minutes of meditation twice a day. Sometimes my cat even joins me.

It shall be interesting to see if it helps me stave off depression this winter, since I usually get moderate to major seasonal depression when the days grow shorter.

Very helpful

I have high BP & adhd. Not a meditating kind of person, but I’m finding this helpful. Through slow breathing I can literally decrease my bp by 20 points. I love the banners that pop up and remind me to focus on my breathing, I’m really surprised at how tense and shallow my breathing is when those message pop up.. maybe I can meditate after all🤔

Version 2.0 could be improved

I prefer the previous version, which was beautifully simple with the digital count-down of just the right size. It also had the option to dim the screen during meditation for energy saving. But all of these features I love disappeared in version 2.0… Although I still appreciate the developers’ motivation to improve this app and offer it for free. Thank you.
