App hasn’t worked for months
This app has some changes made which created huge issues for a massive chunk of us and now I’ve been unable to access the content or log in for over two months. I have been sending weekly emails begging for help, all I get is that the development team will reach out. They still have not reached out after 2 months! No one will provide a refund and no one will help. I honestly just wanted to listen to the music but I can’t and they do not help you. A really disappointing and unfair experience. I had planned on continuing but after this shocking experience, sadly I actually can’t. I cannot use the app and they don’t seem to care.

This app is so personalized! Everyday it asks you how you feel and will reccomend you a divine playlist for your desired moods. Absolutely stunning design, which perfectly matches Mei- Lan's angelic voice.
Will come back to it every morning to start my day!
