Impossible to use the app to book parking. Repeatedly jumps to the top of the screen as you enter data and it is really hard to scroll back down, as the page moves slightly sideways when you try. It is obviously not reactive to the phone size being used. The mandatory checkboxes do not let you check them and when I tried to create an account said my email was already in use, but I never receive a password reset email when requested. When I tried to use Facebook to login, told me that the app was not registered with FB and got an error that you can’t get back from, had to hard close the app and start again, losing everything I had entered. Gave up, booked online and deleted app.

This is a very bad app at this point in its development. I attempted to book parking: it won’t scroll properly, continually jumping back to a previous point, and then when I finally managed to enter my details for payment, there was no way I could find to progress. It also flicked between the booking and payment pages without apparent stimulus.
Given how dependent MelAir is on cars and how much they charge, it beggars belief they can’t do a better app at this stage in history.

This is a terrible app. It glitches out so that you have to catch what you want in the scrolling process before it jumps you back to the start. Over. And over. It’s just lazy development where you ask for information that could only be a number (ie phone or credit card) and then don’t give the number keypad as a default. They never seem to fix anything with updates. It just keeps being bad.
