Melbourne Tram Simulator 2016 4+

Counter doesn’t work and the new tram sound is an older version of the new one. Yarra trams updated the sound in late 2018 so hopefully an update soon. Would like to see the tram horn also added.

I can’t believe this app is free. Truly life changing - download it NOW, and experience all the joys of not one but TWO Melbourne tram bell sound effects. Unfortunately the ding counter doesn’t work, but I don’t mind because that way I don’t need to live with the knowledge of how many times I’ve pressed that red button...that darn red button. That darn ding.
I am eternally grateful to the developers of this truly beautiful app. Don’t let “2016” put you off. This app is as relevant and needed now as the day it was released.

Nothing gets a Melburnian’s blood racing faster than j-walking across a road with tram tracks only to hear the repeated ding of a tram driver’s bell as they heavily slam the brakes in futility .. as their 40 ton green tram monstrosity squeaks to a jarring halt. I only wish there was a havoc-mode where the bell is struck many times in quick succession. Possibly future simulations is the pedestrian metal walk button and the flicker-ticker sound of the green signal firing off like a Crown casino playing card wedges in the spokes of a fixie bike.
