Update not working
I purchased the pro version few years back and it was ok but when I updated the app recently it made me to spend $30 again to get the features of pro version. I thought restoring the past purchases will work and would not cost me more but I was wrong. Got charged again and nothing is working. Can not access previous premium features or new pro features like translation. Please help and refund money too.

You don't have to pay again! There is a problem with the "Restore Purchase" function which has now been fixed, it will become available in the next 1-2 days insha'Allah!
Shouldn’t update new version
As-Salamu ‘Aalayikum
I have purchased full couple of years back , alhamdulillah was really happy and my kids all use regularly for memorising , they have separate profiles so can track their progress alhamdulillah.
We used to recommend to lot of friends and all alhamdulillah get benefited.
New version does not allow my kids to have multiple profiles only one profile possible and for multiple profile will have to purchase again with $30 Premium version , which is ridiculous and cheating with people who already have full version.
Also does not work while app is in background.
Can I please go back to previous version ? I can not trust that you guys will not ask again money after I purchase premium version.
May Allah forgive for our short coming.

Update
AsallamAlukum, I had purchased the full version previously and now it’s asking me to purchase the full version again with the new update. It’s a bit upsetting that after years if having the app and recommending it to al of my family and countless amount of friends, the new update has lost all my previous highlights and I can’t listen unless my screen is on. Preferred the previous grid where one could view all the ayat on a simple scroll.
Now it’s very similar to all the others. The point of difference has vanished.
