Mercer Super 4+

Over 2 weeks ago, I did try to check my allocated pension fund balance. Very strange I noticed that the tick was on the Allocated Fund portfolio, but when I click the tab, it was giving me the Mercer Smart Super balance. So I tried again to click the Allocated Pension fund balance, but I started getting error messages. I did call the admin at Mercer. I got told that there is a problem but this should be rectified in about 3-4 days. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago !!
This is ABSOLUTELY not conforming to the Mercer Customers. It is pathetic as to why this cannot be fixed. We did not even receive an apology note from the admin. I feel like having to move my funds to a more reliable and dependable Super & Allocated Fund company, but this process will generate effort from my end.

This app hardly ever works properly. It is unreliable, erratic, full of bugs and as I write this review it has been out of action and not working for THREE DAYS. I contacted the Mercer help desk to be told that “oh yes there is a problem but it’s affecting lots of people not just you” and when I asked when it will be fixed was told “oh it might take three to five working days”. When I asked about my balance was told “it is showing zero balance” which as you can imagine filled me with alarm. I can’t leave my money (assuming there is any left - no one can tell me) with a company that uses such an unreliable and faulty system to communicate with its clients so have filled in the necessary paperwork to take my money and go elsewhere.

Set up the login, set up pin and Face ID then it used to work until the next update. Now it is virtually EVERY time you use this app, you have to set it up again. So annoying. The developers of this rubbish have obviously never tried to use it. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. It has been like this for far too long, so it seems Mercer don’t care about customer satisfaction either.
It beggars belief that this abysmal app is still in the Apple store, surely a company the size of Mercer could have an app that allowed its customers to access their own super account without constant access issues! NOT GOOD ENOUGH
