Description
With this app, Metabolic Balance clients carry their personal shopping assistant with them at any time. After downloading the app on the smartphone, you deposit customer data for your personal plan once.
Then all functions are available in the form of a clear weekly schedule. For example, to select a lunch, users call up the corresponding meal, the app then shows matching recipe suggestions, tailored to the respective plan specifications. All desired recipes are included in the weekly schedule. And not only that: every client has his personal list of purchases or ingredients at hand at all times. Users save their personalized recipes on their smartphone. Thus, no mobile connection is necessary for the purchase, the data volume remains low.

A good start
The app is a good reference source for what foods you can eat and also the meal measurements and weights.
However, if you try to use it to plan your meals (and shopping) it has some issues.
Namely, when trying to select your fruit and veg, you are restricted to one choice. Choosing any other option replaces first choice.
If this feature worked, the app would be pretty awesome and save a lot of stuffing around planning meals in other programs.
Hopefully the devs can rectify this.
Super helpful!
The newly updated app is fantastic and so helpful to have all your plan information when out at the shops. The meal planning update is excellent and you can choose from all your veggie and protein options to create a weekly meal plan complete with shopping list.
Planning means success
The app is great to plan the weekly meals. You can create a planner, add ingredients to your shopping list. It even adjusts amounts based on your preferences.
Just like having my plan with me all the time.
