Amazing service and delivery.
Half the Items Out of Stock
Excitedly spent time setting up my first order. Hours later I’m told by the picker that they’ve completed my order but over HALF the items were out of stock. What was the point of me using this app? I Cancelled my order and uninstalled the app. There’s no point developing a grocery app unless you can guarantee the customer will receive the products. Other countries can do it. I shopped online with Tescos UK back in the late 90’s and even then, 25 years ago, they didn’t have the issues this app does.
Highway robbery
App is easy to use. But their partner shop - robinsons south’s delivery guys charges extra for delivery even though we already paid 100 pesos for service fee and 80 pesos for delivery. They don’t want to leave unless you give them cash.
Also the app charges for all you ordered but when the shop doesn’t have the item, the app won’t refund. Seems like highway robbery especially to those people from overseas who wants to send groceries to their love ones in the Philippines. Better to just send money and let them shop.
