Buggy at the moment

The app had been great and I've been enjoying it a lot. I couldn't complain about anything before and it has actually been quite decent.
However at the moment a lot of features aren't working. I can't change the watch face through the app. I can't get weather on the watch or get the app to detect my location. Even trying to add location manually and pressing search comes back with no search results. The feedback option in the menu doesn't allow any feedback to be sent after filling out the form. There are probably other issues that I haven't noticed yet too
Please fix app asap

App support is non-existent

Everything was working just as it should with the application (app) for both my previous MiBands (Four and Six). And then I upgraded to the MiBand 8 and needed to transfer data from this Zepp Life (Huami) app to the MiFitness (Xiaomi Wear Lite) app which did not work. First problem I encountered was that when the app opened a webpage to sign-in securely using my iPad, Safari blocked the app due to security issues!!! When I changed the default browser to Chrome, the secure sign in worked, however, there is no data transfer taking place even though the process completed without further issues. I have contacted support for both apps, multiple times, using the in-app support and nothing has happened. No replies from either of them at all, not even an automated reply to tell you they have received your support request! One half of one star rating if I could. :( :( :( :( :( - My five very sad faces review of an app. Do better!!

Great App, but...

Mi Fit is a great app. I have a miband 5 and have loved the experience of using it. However, it is time for me to upgrade to an apple watch. I can't find an app as simple and as friendly as Mi Fit for workouts, sleep visualisations, etc. I would be happy to pay for a version of this app as is where it uses data from Apple Health to visualise its data rather than Xiaomi device.
Btw, I don't want to wear/maintain both apple watch and miband 5.
