Implies free but not.
The blurb implies that the app will be of some use for free. It is not. I’m no against paying for apps, but hate being tricked into downloading an app that implies free function only to find I’m wasting my time.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry your experience was not as expected. As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them.
