Tricked!!! Only valid for Germany Austria and Hungary
Miles and more website said they offered mileage pooling, but only through the app. I downloaded the app and spent an hour trying to figure out where the pooling option was. I finally called them and someone from a call centre in the Phillipines told me that the mileage pooling option is ONLY available to Residents of Germany Austria and Switzerland. What a waste of my time. This information is written NOWHERE on their website. Shame on them!!! Getting rid of this useless app that they tricked me into downloading.
Waste of time if you need a phone contact number
Great simple app for basic services as soon as you need a contact number under services help and contact, no phone numbers just a self help system really was this app written by an amateur...
