Each hypnosis session is your personal time to allow your mind to be open to achieve a natural state of deep relaxation. During this time, your subconscious mind is more responsive and can accept new thoughts and behaviours.
Your conscious mind is still present, it’s just moved to the background during the recording. This allows the subconscious mind to absorb new beneficial suggestions on a deeper level, shifting any limiting beliefs, or unwanted habits, and aligning your conscious, subconscious, physical, emotional, and spiritual minds toward your desired outcome.
