Product too expensive
I have been extremely happy with Mindbody up until this week whereby you have changed the plans and made it unaffordable for small business’s to keep using it. I hope that you look into this as it’s a great product but too expensive.
Mindbody holding businesses to ransom
Soon my business app won’t work as it has for the past five years because Mindbody decided to put the monthly charge up by $100 and if we don’t pay it we will loose functionality. I cannot afford to pay an extra $100 per month and Five years of being a faithful client means nothing to Mindbody. I am sorry that I have recommended this platform to other studios I had no idea Mindbody would stoop so low. As soon as I find an alternative I am out!!!! If you want to find out how many multiples of other businesses feel the same see yoga pages on FB. So many unhappy business owners. Mindbody does not give a Stuff about small businesses!!! 😠😠😠😡😡😡
Functional but inefficient
I’ve been using mind body app for my fitness business for 2 years. Honest opinion, this app is functional but extremely inefficient. The loading for booking an session or checking out a session is super slow. When we want to make a booking for a client, the trainer cannot find the relevant service, even the appointment set up for the trainer has already included the service. The whole experience is not smooth at all, even time wasting to be honest. But we have not other option for our business, so we stuck with mindbody at the moment.
