Something we all need

This meditation app is easy to use and has made a huge impact on my life. Choose the meditation you feel like or have time for that day. 3 minutes to 20 minutes, it all has an impact on your health and wellbeing and mental state. I use it everyday! And additionally during times of increased stress. It works!

Best not to have any expectations of this course/App. The goal was to practice the techniques, then the results just happen... all by themselves
