Absolutely wonderful

I’ve downloaded this app few months ago and I simply love it. I’d like to thank you for developing this app. It’s helping monitor and keep my wellbeing.

I just would like to report a minor issue with the “check-in” feature. It’s not allowing me to submit it once I rate my anxiety level and diarise what’s going on in my life. Could you please check? Thanks again for this well developed program.

Really practical and informative app

I downloaded this app for my teenage son. Have found it to be the most helpful app I have come across to offer practical ways for him to learn about and address his anxiety and develop CBT skills.

I know it was developed by an Anxiety non profit organization, but it would be great if there was a similar comprehensive app like this with a depression focus.

I am impressed

When I first came across this I was like psh this probably a scam but when I got it... Wow. It’s easy to use but really effective and there are so many things you can do. With all these other anxiety apps you have to pay money, and with this one it’s free. You other apps need to step up your game. Toodles!
