No connection to the internet

The app needs an update that allows it to use the internet as we constantly get notifications when the app isn’t connected to wifi but we have plenty of data the app is also clunky and rarely works as intended took us over a year to get this app to work with the insulin pump that we have please spend a bit of time up grading things it has the possibility to be a great and informative app we wish for more functions aswell maybe make adjustment which can be handy if we need to do that for our child while they are at school or at a hospital appointment

Still won’t work on iPhone 15pro

I haven’t been able to use this app since November 2023 on an iPhone running 17.3.1. The app spins trying to connect to phone and never does. I now use this app on a pixel 8 pro with zero issues.

Need upgrading

The pump pump needs a new connection type to allow a second device to be connected like iPad currently have to disconnect from iPhone and reconnect after finished connection with iPad. App need fluid design update to allow screen rotation (allow horizontal view). Change app type in the store to allow it to be. Kinect to apple CarPlay so current BG and trend can be displayed on the in car apple CarPlay while driving for greater safety. Currently I have to attach mobile to vents and turn screen lock off it’s right next to the in at system apple CarPlay. These small changes will make it the first system that can be used with apple CarPlay and displayed for greater safety to provide diabetics on in car screen information to avoid lows as mobile phones are unsafe to use and in many countries illegal to use while driving making low alarms while driving on the app useless.
