MiOK is a health and wellbeing app, developed to encourage individuals to take time out to consider their own health and wellbeing.
Designed to offer simple and non-intrusive support, MiOK’s features assist in reducing the stress, anxiety and uncertainty we all currently face.
MiOK is a secure mobile app, with individual’s personal data stored only on their own device.
Designed for workplaces, this app helps organisations prioritise their team’s health and wellbeing and through MiOK encourage them to take time out to check-in.

* MY MOOD Capture a quick, on the spot assessment of how you are feeling, and track changes in your mood.
* MY TIMELINE Keep a record of medical appointments; test and diagnosis dates; results and treatment to manage conditions
* MY TOOLKIT A library of resources to support you.
* NOTIFICATIONS Stay on top of your tracking with a daily reminder to check in.
* MY CHECKS Track indicators of your health and wellbeing (like body temperature, blood pressure, weight, daily steps). Validated mental wellness questionnaires will alert you to seek professional advice and support if required.
*CONNECT WITH APPLE HEALTH APP to seamlessly connect with Healthkit, Health App, Touch ID and Face ID
