Mirror Box allows for direct line of site mirror box training. Your phone or tablet can now provide mirroring of your limbs - a proven tool for treating complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), phantom limb pain, post-stroke recovery, and chronic pain. Mirror box works on your iPhone or iPad device, no hassle required with easy setup. You can also use VR to mirror your limbs and guide your brain into thinking you’re moving without pain. I would not rate this app. Did not work. To get support was through direct contact with app maker. Poor service, not trustworthy. It was easier to build my own mirror box with acrylic mirror and corflute.

There are no instructions
I just bought this and there are no instructions on what to do! Just a mirror. No help at all without guidance on how to use it

It’s advertised as a tool to use and works perfectly. Instructions would be inappropriate to supply as it has many applications in healthcare and could be used differently depending on the diagnosis. Happy to help if needed . Thanks
