Disappointing support
I was enjoying the game until the latest update where I lost my profile. I was at level 100 and had unlocked most areas. Support is unable to restore my old profile and therefore I have to start again from level 1. Very frustrated and will probably delete the game.
Greedy for real money
I would have liked this game but was disgusted that gems that I earned go into a piggy bank which can only be unlocked with real money.
Some items can only be purchased with gems.
So, use real money to buy gems, or use real money to unlock the piggy bank. Phooey!
Probably won't bother playing again.

Hello and thank you for your comment. The piggy bank is meant to be an alternative option for purchasing gems in the game. You collect a certain amount that you can purchase at a better price. However, this remains an optional mechanic that you can feel free to ignore. Mirrors of Albion is a F2P game.
