While continuing to offer the original functionality and value to our existing users, we have optimized and highlighted the product’s unique features in terms of its usage scenarios. Brand statement：
- We are NOT an Official Authenticator of Microsoft or Google, but a third-party developer providing encrypted notes and 2fa codes keeper and sync services based on public authentication protocols.
- We provide more security alerts, privacy notes and other services besides account login verification.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS:
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

They’ll take your money but won’t help you
It’s been 4 days & multiple messages asking for help as the app hasn’t worked for me at all. I’m currently in another country & was locked out of Facebook to gain access it said to use this app as I don’t have my AU Sim Card. Outrageous.

VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
There are no options in the app to cancel your subscription. Instead, go onto your iPhone settings > subscription > Authenticator App where you can cancel there!

We're sorry for your issue. We are using the subscription feature provided by iOS. If you have a subscription, you can find it in your Apple ID Settings -> Subscriptions. If you no longer need our service, you can cancel it at any time. If it is not listed here, you are not subscribed to our app. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer support support.team@touchremix.com
Beware
This company bounces my emails when I request them to cancel my account. Site allows for cancellation any time and refund if canceled within 14 days- not true
