Quality software that makes my life easier
I have used Mochasoft RDP for years and now also use Mochasoft VNC as I have to administer Linux servers too.
Of all the RDP and VNC clients I've tried, these are easily the best designed and easiest to use. As an example just try doing right mouse click actions in other apps and then compare with how easy it is in the Mocha soft ones.
This VNC app and the corresponding RDP app save me so much time, since in combination with OpenVPN, I can administer whole heards of Windows and Linux servers from anywhere I have my phone.
My only suggestion for an improvement would be if connections could be grouped in to folders, but I understand most users don't have as many connections as I do.
Good app well scaled
I have been using this app on my iphone for a while and am amazed by how well it now works on the iPad. Refresh rate is excellent. And interface really easy to use. The mouse functions could be better with maybe a separate drag and drop function and it can struggle with some drop down menus but this is one of the most useful apps on my ipad.
A solid VNC client via both WiFi & 3G
The small screen and slow refresh rate is endemic to the device that this app runs on but it suits me perfectly for being able to do minor troubleshooting of machines in the next room or half way around the world. You do have to take time to learn the different click and drag mechanisms.
