Shipping too expensive
Much Cheaper to ship to 3rd party in US. $75 is not competitive compared to net a porter, matches fashion, my Theresa.
Great Luxury Options but Intn’l Shipping is Ridiculous
Love the assortment MO offer and often times have great competitive prices especially on sale items. Have never used Pre-Order function but sounds like a great idea. International shipping @ $75 stops me from purchasing almost every single time, not competitive with any other luxury sites. Also, customer service will not honor price changes that occur while your item is in transit to you. App is glitchy, freezes and doesn’t load properly.
Great content bit terrible user interface
I love seeing the latest collections from designers and Moda Operandi's curated collection. But there is such a long wait time for the trunk show screen to load, and it often freezes the app forcing me to restart it altogether.
The website is so seamless! Perhaps it's time your app upped the ante to match the site.
