I bought this app because my psychologist recommended it to me and I found it sooo helpful just working out how to use it and getting advice straight away. It is fairly straightforward and I started doing the activities straight away. I have tried lots of really good apps for my anxiety and this one is already in the top 2-3 that I have used. I definitely recommend this app to anyone with anxiety or even anyone who just worries too much!
I purchased this app after using it on my clinical psychologists iPad in session a few times. I decided to purchase it and use it myself, as I thought it was a really cool idea and I believed it was something I would use. I use the app to help me keep track of my daughters daily struggles with severe anxiety and school refusal. I can keep a journal of daily successes or failures and monitor her state of mind which help me give a bigger picture to health professionals and educators.
I really like the fact I can easily email any involved parties. I also like the secure settings.
