Description

Learn what chronic pain is and science-backed ways to feel better. Created by people who live with back pain and fibromyalgia, and specialist clinicians who understand.

MoreGoodDays® is a science-based digital program for people who live with chronic pain, including back pain, fibromyalgia, and other forms of musculoskeletal pain. Created by people who live with pain and fatigue, and specialist clinicians who understand, it aims to reduce pain, enhance emotional and mental wellbeing, and help you regain your independence.

How does it work?

Many of the approaches to manage your pain that you might have tried focus on masking pain rather than addressing its root cause. MoreGoodDays® is different. We take a whole-person approach, targeting the underlying factors that contribute to your persistent pain.

By retraining your brain's response to pain and promoting a calmer, less reactive state, our program helps you break the cycle of chronic pain. By addressing the physical, emotional, and lifestyle aspects of your condition, MoreGoodDays® empowers you to live your best life, the way you want to live it.

The app is very easy to use – just plug in your earphones and listen to immersive audio experiences, translated from clinically-proven approaches, to bring a sense of calm and empowerment to your pain-management journey.

What you get:

Nice app, feels soothing

I really like the MoreGoodDays app for fibromyalgia. It's great self-help for chronic pain, but you can also chat with a coach as you go along to help you so you don't have to do it all by yourself, which is nice. I like that there are videos and audio tracks so that when I don't have much energy I can just lie down and listen with my eyes closed, and then come back to it later if i want. The colours are nice and soothing too, and I like the narrator's voice. It all feels nice and calm when I'm having a bad pain day or am really fatigued. I really like the different exercises and meditations that you can use when you're flaring and having a coach who knows what it's like and is there to help you is very reassuring. The app and my coach have helped me through a few flares and I'm starting to understand what things spark a flare-up for me so I'm relaly hopeful that I can start to manage those better and have fewer flares as a result.

Simple fibro pain-management

Since discovering this fibromyalgia app I’ve recommended it to a few of my friends for pain-management (and the stress and worry of living with pain!) - not just fibro but also endometriosis and chronic back pain. It’s easy to use. Lots of clear info all in one place that explains why chronic pain happens and different ideas for how to reduce pain, fatigue brain fog and other symptoms. I like the way it looks too, the colours are calming.

Helpful

After over a decade living with pain and being dismissed by doctors the information in this app has finally made it all make sense for me.
Wish there was some more videos though? Listening only is hard for me.
I’m only at the beginning but I’m looking forward to going through the rest of the program.
