Billing Terms
- You can subscribe for unlimited access to all features and content available within MoShow
- Subscriptions are billed annually at the published rate. Alternatively, a one-time payment is available that is not a subscription.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the cost of the published rate, unless cancelled 24-hours in advance prior to the end of the current period. The subscription fee is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Per Apple policy, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

If only
I’ve been using this app and loving it until it started magnifying my graphic images so that I couldn’t use them and couldn’t use it. I then upgraded and subscribed and now I would like a refund because it always happens that my graphics are magnified. Unfortunately there is no contact option available on the app.

One off payment
Hi. It says that there is an option to upgrade to VIP by either subscription or a one off payment yet I can only see details of paying by subscription. I would rather pay a one off payment as I don’t like subscriptions. Can you advise please? How much and how do I do it?? Seems a good app but it depends on if I can pay up front as to whether I keep it. I’ve tried to email support directly but the email keeps coming back as undeliverable
