I am sick and tired of the lack of airplay support!
Why are we going to get our previously existing support for playing through to our TV? It’s months now and no update of the problem nor when a solution to the problem is due. I’ve emailed but no tech response other than the auto reply. Not much help guys. I’m looking forward to unsubscribing from the rip off, and since we will not subscribe to Foxtel, that means it’s no more MotoGP for us! That is a big loss but as I said, sick and tired of this game.
Not the best
This app has amazing content and does mean you don’t have to miss a race but it is very confusing to navigate.
It works quite well on our Sony Tv but the on the Ipad it’s terrible and you cannot air-play on either Ipad or Iphone, you only get sound, which is very frustrating. The app is so slow that videos can easily be double loaded causing an echo effect (took me ages to figure that one out) and the timing of the races for one race was completely wrong on ‘your time’ all weekend right up until about an hour before the GP! We mostly watch on catch-up but the spoiler free option is hopeless….if you can even find it ( I did once by accident and have never managed to do it again).
Honestly I would expect so much more finesse for the price of access and the lack of Air-play support is appaling.
Terrible App
Login on Samsung tv app is clunky and prompts the app to ask for log in details sometimes when you’re desperately trying to log in to watch the start of the race…
I love the content on the app, it’s great fo hear all the riders feedback and recent video clips. However, the app is of a poor quality standard for such a professional organisation.
Kayo has a good streaming service that allows you to watch all of the main events, all practice sessions, qualifying and the race. And it offers this service cheaper too…
It’s a compromise to miss out on the great additional content but frankly, if this is the best Dorna can do for the price charged, then I’ll stop subscribing on principle that I am being ripped off.
Lift your game and please consider allocating some capital towards improving the user experience before the loss of subscribers and revenue forces you to start taking these comments from this feed seriously.
