Underwhelming navigation for task completion / part completion

I’m a first time user of this app and have been using for over 1 month. I’m a business analyst by profession so I’m used to working with UI and mobile development, and all I can say is that this app has not been built from a users perspective, sure it has some nice videos, but lacks in the following areas. 1) Needs a basic intro. Today/session/videos/reps/completion2) On today’s schedule I can’t see how many sessions I have completed verses remaining. 3) My physio told me to ramp up reps. This is not catered for in the App. 4) You can’t skip exercises. Should have a basic skip reason. Too sore, equipment not available. The completion should be auto set to 0 complete with commentary 5) When in Exercise view and jumping between exercises it doesn’t retain completion status and notes6) unable to mark the session complete without stepping through each exercise 7) My physio told that they can’t see any of the notes so don’t bother entering them. 8) video controls are annoying (no loop)9) Session should tell you what equipment you need before you start the session. 10) 2nd session of the day is often not saved 11) First session of the day is often not saved

I can’t log in

My exercise physiologist added a new workout and now I can’t log in.I’ve logged out, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and still get the same error.The error listed is: “Request retry failed with retry error: Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length., original error: Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length.”

Love the app and makes it so easy to do my exercises. Two things the app could do better. 1 Allow me to set when I am reminded to do my exercises so I can fit it in to my schedule. 2 On the show summary screen allow me to choose to also see when I have missed sessions. This would give me much more motivation to exercise more often.

App won’t authenticate and no support available

When my physio first gave me a program in this app it worked fine, but after the first update to the program it won’t start up, fails at authentication. So I went looking for support on the app, which led me to their website, which said if our FAQ doesn’t help contact support… but I can’t find any way to do that. Pretty poor.

This release includes a number of changes including the ability to archive exercise programs and education articles, display laterality on questionnaires, and other minor bugs and backend changes.
