I bind my account through my FB account, how come i cannot open it..

Hello developers, i would like to inquire if there was any change character and change server to join my other friends on another server. I have already topped up a lot and i would like to retain all of it because it would be such a waste just to leave it all behind. Please grant me this so i can continue playing with my friends. Great game btw. Brings back awesome memories
